• Zero defects --零缺陷
  通常认为：
  1)表示产品没缺陷或100 %符合要求的术语。
  2)在推动产品性能改进或激励人员时，有时使用的标语。这个概念的意思是没有缺陷或问题是不可能的（更不用说非人力因素），每当发生缺陷时，必须找到消除其根源的方法。
